In order to provide modernised warehouse space within close proximity to the Port of Durban, we redeveloped this original tyre manufacturing facility which had the fundamentals for conversion to industrial and logistics use. The address is located on a main arterial route in and out of the city, and is closely situated to the Durban harbour. The location makes the property extremely attractive to logistics and distribution tenants considering port access and highway access. This exciting project added to the regeneration of Durban’s industrial manufacturing area.
