Glass House Office Park

Durban, South Africa

The original Glass House was built in the 1970's, and later purchased by the JT Ross Group where the iconic building has been redeveloped with new functionality and purpose that resonates with our clients. Four other substantial buildings have since been added to the Park. The Park is surrounded by large indigenous gardens grown and maintained by the JT Ross Group. Numerous bee hives are also farmed in the gardens to maintain the biodiversity of the precinct. The natural greenery provides a beautiful backdrop for the offices, as well as outdoor entertainment space for tenant events and gatherings. The Park is situated on the border of La Lucia and Umhlanga commercial hubs; a prime KZN location for blue chip tenants.

We are really excited to have Sappi as a long-term tenant at the Glass House Office Park. It will add momentum to the redevelopment of the Park as we refocus the property.
