Family Day Tree Planting

A look at the aerial view image of the Glass House Office Park indigenous site appears to resemble a Dinosaur shape. This inspired the Jurassic Park theme of JT Ross’ Family Day which was held last week Saturday (10 September). The weather played its part – with no wind and 25 degrees of sunshine all day.

The kids had an absolute blast with games to keep entertained for hours – a dino egg hunt, pass the paw-cel, pin the tail on the dinosaur, T-rex Toss – and they even got stuck into planting over 60 indigenous trees! We all enjoyed the incredible performance of Freddy L – The Voice SA finalist – where his dreamy, raspy voice produced lots of fans.

The food also didn’t disappoint. We had a phenomenal grazing table with gourmet burgers catered by Harvest and Graze, and mojito cocktails and slushies were served by Cocktails and Caviar.
